Design arcade Limited has been offering its services since 2005. The company provides expert solutions for architectural, urban design, planning, landscape and interior design. It has been successfully supplying specialist advice and documentation for building projects of varied nature since its inception. Portfolio of the company includes private residential, multi unit residential, retail, commercial (Hotels, Motels, warehouses, showrooms, etc.), community (Temples) and industrial developments. The Company has been recently involved in several affordable housing projects and closely working with the expectations of various stakeholders involved i.e. HNZ, Kiwibuild

The company is highly skilled in Local Government Act and Resource Management Act procedures and maintains an up to date working knowledge of these statutes. Work in this area involves strategy/policy development and implementation. The Company also has specific experience in administering regulatory services, including bylaws, consenting and permits. The Company also has a proven track record in delivering medium scale and complex building and resource consents.
